Just wondering fellow cupcakes businesses, I am trying to write my business plan to start a cupcake/cake business, and wondering is having all three sizes of cupcakes profitable? Do you find one size is the most popular seller?

Do you sell all three, or just stick with one or two? I just look at the amount of ingredients needed and cost of the jumbos, if they are not big sellers, it may not be worth the money.

Please any info will help.

On the line I only sell one size, the Texas size cupcake, but for custom orders I offer standard and mini cuppies as well. All cupcake cakes are made with standard cupcakes. This works for me, but you may want to offer other sizes in your shop. Oh and the Texas size is a bit smaller than the jumbo size, but almost twice as large as a standard.
