Hello all, not sure if this is the right place to post, but what the heck!

I'm doing my first wedding cake consultation in the morning. Not sure what to ask or expect. I have my form, but this is all new since TX just became legal for home bakers. I will put on the form that proper legal info, but I need to know how to conduct the consultation. I've been getting orders like crazy (thank God) so now I'm getting my feet wet. I don't want to miss an important question. One that sticks in my mind and isn't on my form is about food borne allergies. Can anyone please offer advice on what to ask and any other helpful pointers? Also, I'm having it at my house (she's related to someone I know). What do other home bakers do for consultations? Where do you meet? I don't want to conduct future consultations in my house. I'm also doing 2 cupcakes for the flavors she mentioned and standard buttercream for her to taste. I would GREATLY appreciate help! Thank you!
