My sister in law's friend needs 100 cupcakes to match a Juicy Couture purse cake someone else is making. She want cute little purse toppers for the cupcakes but I am NOT cutting out that many little purses. Any idea how I can make a few to put on some of them? I don't have a cutter.

I didn't use any cutters and it is really easy to do, but little time consuming.
