What Color To Make A Light/baby Blue Color??

If you want a baby lue regular blue is ok to use just do a little at a time until you get the desired color and if sky blue is sky blue is all you have than do a little bit of it too. Sky blue is going to be deeper regardless but use what you have available if nessasary. HTH

Just a touch or Americolor Royal blue or Wilton Cornflower blue.
