Whipped Cream Frosting

i was wondering how a cake would hold up in the fridge for 2-3 days, if it was filled with whipped cream frosting that is stabilized by unflavored geletin and confectioners sugar, and then covered in buttercream. Any tips would be appreciated I would need to start working on it today.
