I finally got my Topsy Turvy pans by Fat Daddio's...& I'm so glad I did! icon_biggrin.gif Yesterday I made my 1st topsy turvy cake & it came out really good... It was only a two tier but the customer loved it. The one thing I did learn is to put more "length" (for lack of a better word) in between the tiers. ie.....use a 10in bottom with a 6in top tier. (I used a 8" & a 6") I think that will give it more depth & look more like a topsy turvy.

It took forever to get the pan because they were always out of stock. So glad my patience paid off. I just don't have the patience to learn how to carve it into a topsy turvy cake...So these pans are my best friends... icon_lol.gif I'm glad I was able to get both the round & square.
