I am making a small cheesecake for a wedding. How do I keep it from cracking....or how do I cover it to make it look pretty? I have a fabulous cheesecake recipe and hate to cover it with something that will detract too much from the taste. Any ideas on what you would do?

The cracking is from losing too much moisture. Baking in a water bath helps; and be careful about not over-baking. If a cheesecake does crack, spread with a thick sour cream, or top with a cooked fruit filing, or if chocolate is appropriate you can spread with ganache.
