Help! I really want to start a retail cake decorating store. The idea is to give classes, and then have the cake decorating products on hand for sale so that I have a ready-made client base and people who attend my classes won't have to take time out of their day to go looking for supplies. There are several options here, but I doubt you will be able to buy in enough volume to make it worth your while.

You probably wouldn't want a full-fledged retail store anyway, there is a lot of overhead involved with very thin margins.
