I am in a time crunch and was just asked to make a butt cake for a benefit for a police officer that took a bullet to the buttox....he obviously has a great sense of humor! I usually wouldn't take this on with such short notice but it's for a good cause! It doesn't have to be very big, but I don't have time to order any additional pans. How can I achieve this? My main concern is carving! Thanks!

upon first thought I would just take a multiple layered (maybe three) round cake (use a 12 in for a huge butt, 10 for a medium and maybe 8 for a regular one) - Stack it like you normally would, then cut in half through the middle and place the cut sides directly down on the board to make two cheeks.

Then shape and ice and shoot that sucker wherever it needs shooting.
You could place it on a sheet cake underneath and pipe some leg outlines .

Hope that helps... happy caking
