What happened? Yesterday I made 2 cakes (for twins). I planned to use fondant, rolled it out and it stuck to the silicone mat not just in a place or two everywhere! I was sure that was odd so I rolled out another hunk of fondant and after adding pdr sugar to the mat - same results. It was raining. I have used the mat before and have never had problems. I am so confused... The buttercream worked fine.
