Hi everyone, I'm a lurker here and I wanted to finally post and say hello to everyone. A bit about me: I started cake decorating as a hobby about 3 months ago, and I took the first Wilton Cake Decorating Basics course at Michaels. I plan on taking the rest of the courses as time permits. I some art courses in college and graduated with a minor in studio art.

Now, for my very first fondant cake! I made a Jungle themed first birthday cupcake pullaway cake for a colleague's son, and I think it turned out really cute! I also made an Elmo for the birthday boy's cupcake because that was a special request.

I always find this site as a wealth of information. Thank you everyone for posting such useful information! When a person's in crisis or out of ideas, this place is a lifesaver.

Note- I keep trying to upload an attachment but it isn't working. My photo is only 70kb and a jpg so it should work.... Maybe it's because I'm using a Mac? Any mac users out there with similar issues??
