I swear those things stress me out! I know this one is going to taste good but the only tier I didn't want to mess up on...was of course the ONE tier that I do!
This cake is a wedding gift so Im not too worried but I still want them to like it!
Now my shoulders are killing me! LOL The cake is in my photos.

Thanks! I made it for a Soldier that is in the National Guard who is stationed here.

It's very pretty but your filling description is making me nervous. Whip cream and cream cheese....you ARE a brave girl!!!! I hope it's in the fridge.

It is...this filling actually sets up pretty nicely and stays firm.
