I use a buttercream recipe that calls for Brite White which everyone loves, now I can only find Brite White Plus, has anyone used this product? Apparently it has no Trans fats. I do not like it at, the taste is different ...not good and it has a sticky, clumpy texture...is it me or the Brite White Plus?
