Hi All, I have an order of 300 cupcakes for a wedding. Very basic vanilla, red velvet and carrot cake. Baking is no issue just questioning frosting. Both red velvet and carrot cake usually have cream cheese frosting. The reception is at 6pm I have the room available to me all day, so my main question is how long can I leave the cream cheese frosting out. The venue does not have a refrig for me to use they said that the room is very cool. I appreciate any and all comments!
