I am doing a christening cake for a friend this week and would like to do a patchwork quilt look around the sides, is there an embosser i could buy or do you have to cut out square's and make the patterns individually?

Can anyone please share this technique it would be most appriciated? thumbs_up.gif

There's a plastic impression mat that can be used on either buttercream or fondant to give it that quilted look. You just lay it on the surface and rub over it with either your hand, a fondant smoother or a small rolling pin.
