Does anyone have this info? Or better yet, a chart that shows quantities to fill torted cakes?

Thanks so much! thumbs_up.gif

I use 3 betty crocker cake mixes for a 12x18. however, I'm hearing they changed the box and it's smaller now, so it might require 4 these days.

I had that chart, too, but I wanted to know specifically how much filling per tier I needed for a uniform torted look. So I took an empty cake pan, stood a ruler up in it, poured water in to the depth I wanted the filling to be, then poured that back into an empty measuring cup.

I did that for each size of pan - and voila! I knew exactly how much filling to put in each layer.
