I made modeling chocolate yesterday so I could make my figure today and when I went to knead it, it is still REALLY grainy!!! I have never had a problem with it before but I am wondering if it is because I used white chocolate?? Is it the higher fat content?? I don't know what to do to fix it!! Should I heat it up some more and "milk" it to get rid of all the extra oil?? Any advice would be helpful!!
