I am making a Tangled tower birthday cake for Sunday. Will the RKT last & still taste good if I make the RKT tower on Friday night for the Sunday party? We are having a family gathering at our house on Sat so I won't be able to work on the cake the day before. Thanks for your help!

I have made it a few days in advance and just wrapped it in plastic wrap. It should be fine. It is best to allow time for the RKT to set up.

Thank you very much for you reply. So the RKT should be fine if I make the tower & cover it fondant since it will act like saran wrap?

I would say if your covering the rkt with fondant two days ahead of time you should leave it in the fridge. It might soften too much and fall apart. Its best to keep it cold.
