I am looking for a white, white chocolate to make shells. I could swear that Wilton has a White white chocolate but all I found is the creamy white that they always have. I thought they had a wedding white. Anyone???

I though they had it too, but I was buying candy melts in Michael's yesterday and didn't see any.

I just checked the site, looks like they don't make it anymore.

Merckens makes a bright white. Look at Global Sugar Art, Country Kitchen SweetArt, Sugar Delites, or S u g a r C r a f t. I think they all carry it. It is called Super Bright White.

If you have the time, check out ACMoore, they carry a brand called Make and Mold (green and pink packaging I believe) that I found much whiter than the Wilton's brand that Michael's carries.
They're not as tasty as the Wilton Candy Melts..but if it is just used for decorations, it might work.
Good luck.

Thank you, Ma Baker. I'll check them out....they are just in the next town. I haven't tried that brand, but it really is for decoratio. I appreciate the help.
