I've been asked to make a pair of size 10 men's running shoes out of gumpaste that will either go along with a shoebox or square cake. I have made a gumpaste heel and have seen tennis shoes carved from cake, but I can't find any examples of realistic, full size tennis/running shoes from gumpaste. Has anyone ever done this? Is there a template? Please help.
