I have made a couple of topsy turvy cakes and used a dense, "tweaked" vegan recipe. It works great, but I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for a good STURDY cake that can be carved but not disintegrate when put together??? Thank you in advance!
I'm not sure about vegan, but the WASC is excellent, as well as the Hershey's choc (both are my 'go to' carving cakes). They are both in recipes!
