My little brother is a huge baseball and Toronto Blue Jays fan. I want to make him a Blue Jays cake with the logo on it, but I'm not comfortable doing it freehand. I haven't decided if I should do it with BC or with fondant. Any ideas about what would be the best way?

If you are looking to do it with BC, a frozen buttercream transfer (FBCT)would be the best.

If you use fondant, print the image, cut it out then "trace" it with an xacto knife. You can then paint small details with diluted food color and a paint brush.
