Standard Liners Taller Than Normal?

Does anyone know if such a beast exists? I'm looking to get liners that fit the standard pan but, are taller than the norm so, I can add the same/similar amount of batter that I would normally but, have them below the top of the liner.

There's standard cups 2x1-3/8 & 2x1-3/4(taller)
I sometimes get the taller ones from Dollar store
