Hello all,
I want to practice with my first mat and only want to make a small amount to have a play around.
Does anyone know what the quantities of the sugar mix to water is if I only want to make a small amount for a test run? icon_smile.gif

When I do smaller amounts, I use 1/3 cup PLUS 2 TBSP boiling water into 1 Cup Sugarveil. Mix by hand for about 30 seconds to get it wet then beat on high with a whisk attachment of a stand mixer for about 4 minutes, until it's a firm peak consistency. (Tip will flop over.) Good luck and let us know how you like it!! icon_biggrin.gif
