Hi everyone I have a challenge to do a cake using tip #352 or #68 leaf tip. But can't decorate using leaves. Can anyone give me pointers what other ways you can decorate with this tip?

Thanks

The #68 leaf tip makes an interesting ruffle when enough pressure is applied. It's nice for ruffled borders, swags, garlands, etc.

HTH.

An example can be seen on the ruffle cake in one of my videosjust click on either of the links in my signature to view the #127D ruffle cake (skip forward past the giant ruffle portion to the #68 finishing ruffle in the middle of the tiers). HTH.

Wow I love it. Thanks! I might have to steal this idea! Thanks again!

If you use the leaf tip with yellow buttercream it looks amazingly like Big Birds feathers. Just an idea, I've done that for cupcakes before.
