What icon_cool.gif is a good color chocolate to use for modeling or better yet a company I can get it through ..

Brown color is old now; I think that Green jelly-belly chocolate will look more stunning and yummy!! I just madea cake on last weekend and decorated it wiuth these chocolates. I send some beautiful snaps of cake to my parents on LiveLike. They liked it so much. icon_cool.gif

available at chocolate craft colors on the web - my favorites are actually the all natural tones.

I should of asked what can I use to color white chocolate .. Is there any ?

You can make your own modeling chocolate with the colored candy melts.
