So I just discovered the mat by sweetwise. I thing I'm going to get it. Is it fabulous? It looks like it would make life so much easier.

I just got one 2 weeks ago and used it once...IT WORKED WONDERS! I have such a hard time rolling out fondant because I don't really have the space to do it for large cakes. The Mat gave me the chance to figure out where i was going to roll, kept my fondant together and allowed me to pick up the whole piece to cover a 12" square for the first time! (i know, i sound like a commercial lol) but seriously...i loved it and get to use it again this weekend. oh! and i also did the added fondant ball to the space that i had rolled too thin AND a space i tore....BEAUTIFUL! LOVED IT!
