First of all, let me say how much I have enjoyed working with Icing Images! They have been so very helpful as I've gotten my edible image business up and running.

Here's my most recent situation/question:
My yellow cartridge has never worked properly. I thought it was clogging, but then I discovered that repeated cleanings didn't help - the only thing that helps is popping the cartridge out of the print head about every 5 sheets printed (or before I start a new job). It seems that there is an "airlock" and that the cartridge has to be released from the printhead for the yellow ink to flow properly. Is this something I can remedy and refill the cartridge when it's empty (it's about 1/4 full and I've got 12 sheets left to print tonight)? Or, should I just buy a new yellow cartridge when this one runs out. The others all work fine.
