After hearing for years that I should sell my cookies/cupcakes, I finally decided to take some samples to a restaurant that is owned by a family member. The manager asked me how to store/serve the buttercream cupcakes, and how long they lasted, and I was not entirely sure. Both flavors of cupcakes I took were filled with dulce de leche and topped with buttercream made with all-butter. Does anybody know how long they would last in and out of the fridge, and what is the best way to showcase them? Also, if anybody has any tips on the shelf life of chocolate chip cookies, that would also be appreciated!!!
