Can anybody please direct me with a link to the tutoriols of Anxeli Christmas Eve Cake. I'v tried searching her profile but cant seem to find it . It would be much appreciated. Thank you

Haha i'm glad I could help. Happy baking. Could you tell me what MMF is that was referred to in the tutoriol? I think we may have a different name for whatever it is here in England. icon_confused.gif

Yes, MMF stands for marshmallow fondant.

It's basically fondant that's made by melting 16oz of marshmallow with about 1 T of water...you then add in 2lbs of powdered sugar, a little shortening and flavoring of choice. Knead til smooth.

It's a little "stretchy" to work with but it's a less expensive alternative to say Satin Ice or Fondariffic brand fondant.
