I was looking around online today after making cake pops for the first time. (Easy) It seems like a possible big profit area since you can make a ton out of basically leftovers. Do you think they will be popular for a while?

I sure hope so, both for the reason you state and because 1) I find them delicious and 2) they're fun to work with - it's fairly easy to be creative with them.
