I"m looking for a good vanilla gluten free cake recipe. I tried a cake box mix from the organic store in town and it just didn't live up to what I wanted. I think I'm going to try going from scratch but don't really know where to begin.

Suggestions?

I've used this recipe. You HAVE to use the ingredients listed. Don't try to go on the cheap and try to change anything out or skip any ingredients. I thought this recipe was good.
