I saw online a 4 tier topsy turvy cake pan set. I just want to know if it is worth the money before I purchase it.
Mixed reviews on here, but a lot of negatives.

You don't need these. Place your
pan on a cookie sheet then put a wet dishrag under one end. It will give you the same effect and keep the shallow end of the pan cool enough to bake evenly.
