How do I get my mmf to stop cracking? It seems like it is dryer than normal fondant. It also has little holes in it that look like popped bubbles, but when I roll it out there are no bubbles. Can anyone please help? I have a huge cake to cover tomorrow and all I have is MMF.
Thank You so much.

I would try kneading in some crisco I think both the cracking and the holes would be helped by this. hth

You can also try adding a few drops of glycerine if you have some. Work in a few drops at a time. If it gets too "sticky" from the crisco or glycerine, work in a bit of corn starch.

I always knead in crisco and that does the trick, and yes use cornstartch to balance it back out if it gets sticky
