Cream Cheese Under Fondant

Just wondering if you can use a cream cheese frosting under fondant, or if it is too soft to hold the fondant on... Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! There's a frosting called decorator's cream cheese on this site in the recipes. It crusts like a regular crusting buttercream and works well under fondant. It's not quite as cream cheesey as I'd like, but I add some lemon juice and that helps.
