What surface do you use to cut your gumpaste/fondant out on when you are using a craft knife? Is there some kind of food safe self-healing mat or can you just use a regular crafting/sewing mat?
Thanks!

Haven't found one yet.....all of the Olfa mats, etc., that I see at JoAnn indicate that they're not food safe.

I cut a lot with my pizza cutter or my tiny PME plastic rotary wheel and they don't actually cut thru regular vinyl or silicone.

If I have to use an exacto knife, I cut on a cheap cutting mat (.50 from the Dollar Store) or on card stock and if I cut thru, I haven't lost much.
