So I am sitting here uploading the pics from the wedding cake I delivered tonight and I am looking at the pics and realize that the second from the top tier is slighlty angled. Dang it!!!! I used a level when I set it up and it didn't look off to me when i was there either. But the photographic evidence shows otherwise!! All I can do now is hope that the bride doesn't notice it... keeping my fingers crossed. I know the planner very well and I am holding my breath till I can talk to her tommarow and get some feedback. This was a fairly complicated & expensive cake, I would be mortified they noticed it.

Is it really that bad? Sometimes they look worse from one angle, it might not be as bad as you thnk.

I am hoping that I am just being hyper-critical, we'll see.

I hope it's just the way it looks in the photo! Let us know what you find out tomorrow.

Is there any way the planner can let you in to 'adjust' the cake prior to the wedding?

The wedding was 2 hours in when I looked at the pics, so no chance of that.

Oh no! I'm so sorry. Hope you get it worked out & they aren't too upset.
