Can't Remember The Blog Name? It Is In German And English?

So frustrating, yesterday i stumbled upon a cake blog with a tutorial for a beautiful frill cake. All of the posts are written first in German (I believe) then in English?? Please help ;0)

I have it bookmarked, but can't find a frill tutorial. Can't find anything, actually. I could have sworn this had a translator option, but I don't see it today.
