I'm making cupcakes for a shower this weekend. They will be a rich moist chocolate chip cake. The icing needs to be white to go with the color theme. Does anyone have a favorite, fluffy, icing recipe for cupcakes? Please share!

This recipe is a good buttercream one and it doesn't taste gritty.

My BC recipe is similar to the one posted above, but I only use 1/4 cup of shortening and for the butter I use 1/2 cup unsalted and 1/4 salted. Sometimes I will use cream instead of milk also. This is my no-fail buttercream recipe for cupcakes and it is delicious!
