Sorry ya'll, I did a search and did not find what I am looking for! I am making a confetti cake this weekend, and I know the obvious, dump the sprinkles into the batter, but my question is HOW MUCH? I don't want to over do it, but I also don't want to under do it and loose the effect of the confetti cake!? Any help icon_biggrin.gif?

I measured once, it was one of the seasonal confetti cakes, it had 2 table spoons for the mix.

I use 3 T of jimmies for a standard batch (8 in. cake.) I guess I like lots of confetti!
