A client has requested a cake with pastry pride whip cream instead of fondant or buttercream. My question is. Can I crumb coat my cake with buttercream and finish it off with a heavy coat of pastry pride whip cream?

Just started decorating cakes and I thought mabe the crumb of the cake would be all over the place but I guess with a heavy coat of whip cream smoothed out should be fine. Thanks for your help. icon_smile.gif

I think you would be fine either way, but it's not necessary! Good luck icon_wink.gif
