The BEST way? Buy Satin Ice in black.... then mix 1/2 and 1/2 with your plain MMF.
The next best way is to mix color into the melted marshmallows first then add sugar. If it needs to be darker add more after kneading. I only use Americolor Gel Black, because you don't have to use as much.
