I am doing one of my first sugar free cakes next week and one a couple of weeks down the road too. I never really payed any attention to what was in my colors that I use to color my icing but noticed last night when I got an order of new colors in that there is High Fructose Corn Syrup and Sugar listed right there on the bottle. My question is, what do people use to color their sugar free icing if the colors have sugar in them??? HELP!!!
Can you use powdered colors?
