If I make white chocolate ganache to frost a cake with (not glaze) and I do it a few days ahead of time. How should I store it? I let it sit out overnight because that seemed to be what the recipe asked for. Was that bad? What should I do with it now? Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can keep it out of the fridge as long as it is in an airtight container or in the fridge.
