I have cupcakes due for Friday and I need a Cheesecake flavored filling (Not buttercream) that does not need refrigeration. The cakes need to be decorated with fondant details, and will be eaten then next day.
Can anyone recomend a good recipe?
It doesnt have to be real, jello based/ that kinda thing is fine. ....just as long as its good!!!

Thats what i was afraid of hearing heheh. Only because I have some-not much, Bettercream left from my last big purchase (I have some downtime coming up between my next rush of orders and/ or I won't need bettercream for a while.... I dont have much, if any in the way of freezer space to i buy only when i know i must!
... my issue is this week i have 35 cupcakes to fill... then next week a small cake to fill using it straight- 6" and possibly a 4" stacked.
How much Bettercream and pudding mix do you think i would need to fill the 35 cupcakes?
or you could use lorann's cheesecake flavoring in it
