How does IMBC hold up in the heat for an outdoor reception? Is it odd to set up your cake right before the reception or how does anyone else handle this? I don't want to even offer that nasty regular crisco buttercream. It's disgusting and if I won't eat it (Is crisco and powdered sugar even a food???) I won't offer it to anyone else. Thanks!!
