Hi,
I made a Thomas the Train Cake. The mom provided me with a "birthday" Thomas. Since I am a beginner I don't mold or scuplt things.
If the cake is eaten on a Saturday. I bake on Thursday. I make the icing on Thursday. Then I decorate on Friday (then I have the day).
I hope that helps!
