Hi, this is a question for all you ladies who use the heirloom frosting recipe here on cc (cooked flour). I am fairly new to baking (although not a complete novice), but mostly stick religiously to a recipe. I can't find one for chocolate heirloom however and was hoping you could help me try to adapt the original.
I am thinking of adding cocoa powder with the flour and milk, or would you add real chocolate melted at the final stage - or would that make it runny?
