I want to purchase some Hi Ratio Shortening, I see there are a couple of places to do so. The prices seem to have a range as well. Can anyone tell me which brand they perfer, I see that you can go to Bakers Kitchen and Kitchen Krafts. 
Also has anyone tried the Wedding Cake Flavor Blend from Kitchen Krafts?

I just bought a 50lb. Bucket of Alpine hi ratio shortening. This website was the best price I found with the cheapest shipping.
