For a baby shower, I was hoping to do a clothesline cake. I was originally thinking I'd do chocolate transfers for the clothes, but in looking around all I've seen are fondant or piped clothes. In the past I've just used buttercream for frosting the cake, and then added the transfers. Usually the transfers are larger though. Do you think using all the little transfers for the clothes will look too messy or cluttered?

Does anyone have a pic of one they've made with transfers? (I've looked and used the search, but just haven't been successful!)
